    Whether you bring a lot or we help you find one, we evaluate site conditions, handle permits, and prepare the land for construction.

    Pre-Construction Pricing

    Detailed specifications, allowances, and a transparent fixed-price contract — so there are no surprises mid-build.

    Construction

    A dedicated project manager guides every phase. Weekly site meetings, photo updates, and a single point of contact from foundation to finish.

    Walkthrough & Move-In

    We hand you the keys after a thorough quality walkthrough. Every detail is checked twice, because the first impression should be your best one.

    1-Year Warranty & Beyond

How custom home pricing actually works.

Custom homes don’t come with a sticker price. Every project is shaped by lot conditions, square footage, finish level, and the choices you make during design — so a square-foot quote at the start would be misleading.

What we promise is a transparent process: detailed specifications, real allowances, and a fixed-price contract before we break ground — and a candid conversation about budget on the very first call.

Most of our new builds start in the high six figures. The rest is up to you.
